Automatic link between the contact and the participant of an event
When someone registers online on the ticketing platform, although the registration is linked to the account and contact making the purchase, the participant was often only a first and last name. Membri now includes an automatic link module between the participant created and the contacts in your database so you can see for each contact on which events they participated.
Web visibility date for an event
You no longer have to plan the sale of an event in your schedule! When creating the event, the ticketing opening date field allows you to predict when the ticketing platform will open automatically. You can therefore put the event on sale directly at the end of the creation process and no longer worry about it if this field contains a date.
The ticketing URL in English
The ticketing URL will display in the primary language set by your organization.
Add preview amount for renewal and event registration invoices
In version 2.2 of Membri, we offered you this functionality for the general invoices of the environment. In this version, we extend it to several types of invoices. The Bill button now gives you an overview of the total bill amount for a member's membership or renewal when selected. You can thus ensure the validity of the information entered in connection with the contribution one last time before sending.
Enable/Disable Entity Behavior
We've simplified and tweaked some behaviors of different entities in your environment when they're deactivated or activated. These changes help make your environment more intuitive and organized.
Pay memberships on the website
It is possible to add an option on the CRM that allows you to automatically invoice memberships from the website. Also, on the website, it is then possible to add a redirection to the Membri payment page if this option is activated. You must plan a modification to your website for the redirection which is not included in the Membri plan.
Added text to the change request confirmation page for the member to indicate the nature of the changes
As our goal is always to make your life easier, the renewal notice button to request changes to the next membership fee now triggers a new window where members of your organization can now indicate what changes they want to bring. These changes then appear in the Change Request field of the renewal notice. It is therefore no longer necessary to make all those calls that once generated requests for changes.

Both of these pages have received a cosmetic update, making them easier on the eye.

Invoice preview at time of invoicing
It is now possible to view the total amount of the invoice when selecting Invoice in the toolbar.
Support for multiple mailboxes for the different environment email templates
It is now possible to use several different mailboxes to send the various automated environment email templates:
- Invoices and receipts related to membership;
- Invoice and receipts related to events;
- Invoices and receipts linked to the sales module;
- Renewal notice;
- Ticketing emails (confirmation and registration reminder).
Add tags in ticket purchase confirmation email
Event registration confirmation email templates now include more information than before. Now we find:
- The text of the reminder;
- Event conditions (default or custom);
- The list of registered participants
- The amount paid for this registration.
New field "In renewal"
It is now possible to see if a member is in the renewal process directly in the header of an account file.
Adjusted membership process in Membri Original to use quick create forms
It is now much faster to make a manual subscription! Forms have been redesigned to allow you to use quick forms when creating a new account and new contact. It is therefore not necessary to leave the membership form. You will save time, guaranteed. You can follow the new process here.
Include .ics file in registration invoices
.ics files are files recognized by several applications that offer calendars (Outlook, Google Calendar, Appel Calendar). It is therefore now possible for participants in your events to add the event in question to their personal calendar directly from the event registration confirmation email.
Being able to hide an activity on the calendar on the ticket office
Activities now have a Display on the web field that allows you to determine whether they are displayed on the ticketing integrated with Membri 365 or not.
Be able to deactivate an activity question and no longer display them on the ticket office when deactivated
It is now possible to disable questions in your environment's question list. Deactivated questions no longer appear on the ticketing.

New dashboard: My Activities
A new dashboard listing your tasks, appointments and phone calls allows you to efficiently use and track the different types of activities you own. Activities can be created from the Activities section or directly in a timeline.
Add Global/Paysafe/Stripe transaction number in CRM
It is now possible to view the transaction number issued by the online payment system you are using in the Payment details field of a payment entity.
If an invoice is set to "Block sending e-mail of the invoice" to Yes, put the same value if you cancel this invoice.
No need to worry! When the field Block the sending of the email of the invoice found on the subscription form and on the manual invoices indicates Yes, the cancellation, in the same way as the invoicing, does not lead to the sending of invoice.
YouTube URL and logo in the account file and on the membership form (manual and online)
It is now possible to enter the URL of an account's YouTube channel and that of its logo directly in the account file, on the membership form and even in the online membership form.
New ticket message
The integrated ticket office now includes a message that warns users that they must have paid their annual subscription to be able to select their account and thus have access to the member price.

It is now possible to limit access to a ticket base on the membership package of the member.
